Running with jackets is a health risk
When you run, your heart rate improves because the heart is pumping a supply of oxygen-rich blood to the muscles that move. This causes the body temperature increases so the body tends to sweat.

3. Heat exhaustion

4. Heat stroke

If not treated immediately, heat stroke can cause permanent damage, even death. Symptoms of heat stroke in between are the view start pale, pale face, cold hands, until unconscious.
