Oatmeal Pancake and low-calorie vegetable

Oatmeal not only use to make a porridge, oatmeal can be turned to healthy food and actually low calorie.
Material
- 250 gr Oatmeal
- 100 gr Carrot
- 100 gr Chopped spinach

How to make:
