Although now more and more restaurants that allow diners to bring animals, but not all animals have a special menu. A chef and a dog lover from the Philippines opened a restaurant that serves both dog and owner.
"When Whole Pet Kitchen opened, there were so many dog lovers who come in. And now the own cafe customers who often come to spend time with his dog," said Giannina as reported by the Inquirer (02.09.2014).
Whole Pet Kitchen Cafe serves a menu for animals and humans. For a dog menu including a birthday cake, saffron biscuits, muffins, biscotti, 'pup' cake, 'paw'stars until chilled yogurt. One popular menu is Jack's lasagna made from beef, liver, vegetables, low-fat yogurt and cheese. Also, there is brown rice risotto made from virgin coconut organic oil, vegetables, herbs and low-fat yogurt.
Giannina ensures all the nutritional needs of dogs can be met with the restaurant menu. The dogs that usually come like homemade food as to lick the bowl, until no trace.
The menu for dog owners includes iced tea, salad, lasagna, and sandwiches. Both owner and dog food made salt-free, sugar-free and without preservatives. The positive response from customers to make Giannina think makes the cafe to the cat shortly.
Giannina alone has made dog food for a long time. This interest began when some dog experience stomach upset. He then consults with a veterinarian and the Bureau of Animal Industry to create a unique menu of specialty dogs.
After analysis, Gianinna knows that the best dishes for dogs was produced using fresh ingredients, natural and organic. He then developed many recipes and performed tests on eight dogs. If the dog does not like, Giannina modifies the recipe until the dogs ate depleted.
