Run stronger bones
Bone is a living tissue, which means the bone is able to strengthen the pressure by strengthening itself so that it can support the whole body of the provision properly. At every step of the run, you will put a great deal of pressure on the bone as your foot moves. Eventually, run the bone fast. The reason why running is called high activity is that the pressure on the bones and joints is much higher for other activities (eg walking).
Running increases bone density
Running strengthens the bones, but the benefits of running for the bone are also biased at its density. Bone density is determined by how much amount of bone-forming minerals in your bones. People with low bone density are at risk of osteoporosis, a condition in which bone and self-destruct
Low impact activities, such as walking, are almost absent in bone density. Thus, you increase your bone density dramatically. Running routine from a young age is believed to stimulate bone mineral production to ease bone loss and reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life.
A good run for bones
Your bones will get used to the running sport you do and stop growing. So you have to increase the number of your activities gradually over time until you reach the recommended distance. If you are just getting started, do not try to complete the 20 km route at the first opportunity. The body needs time to adjust if you have not been active for a long time. Rushing will only cause injuries and poor health problems.
For maximum results, you have to plan your running routine and stick to it. The suggestion of good distance to reach the benefits of fast running is 20 to 30 km per week. It is recommended for runners not to get this mileage because excessive exercise can increase cortisol levels in the blood. Excess cortisol can cause damage to bone tissue. According to one study, runners who traveled 90 km per week actually had a significantly lower bone density than those who lived sedentary lives.
What needs to be mastered, running is not in all the bones of the body. Therefore you will have to combine it with more exercise to increase bone density in other body areas.
